We collect as little as possible. We never sell your data. Here's the long version anyway.
Who we are
Roamly ("we", "us") operates roamly.voyage, an AI-powered trip planning platform. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We're based in the European Union and operate globally.
Information we collect
When you generate a trip, we store the destination, dates, traveler count, budget tier, interests, and any notes you enter — so we can build your itinerary. When you join the Pro waitlist, we store your email address. We never collect payment information directly; any future payments will be processed by Stripe.
How we use it
Your trip details are sent to our AI partner (Google's Gemini, via Emergent) to generate the itinerary. We do not share your data for advertising. We use anonymized analytics (PostHog) to understand which features are used most, never to identify you personally.
Affiliate links
Some links on Roamly (e.g. to Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Skyscanner, SafetyWing, Airalo) are affiliate links. When you click and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We only partner with services we'd recommend to a friend.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the app working and analytics cookies (PostHog) to understand usage. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers selling your data.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your trips, or unsubscribe from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@roamly.voyage. We respond within 30 days as required by GDPR/CCPA.
Data retention
Trip itineraries you generate are stored for as long as you want. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them or until Roamly Pro launches and you opt out of further updates.
Children
Roamly is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date below and, if changes are significant, notify users on the waitlist by email.
