Agreement
By using Roamly (roamly.voyage), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These Terms may be updated occasionally — material changes will be communicated to active users.
What Roamly is
Roamly is an AI-powered trip planning tool. We generate suggested itineraries, budget estimates, and travel guides using AI models. Itineraries are suggestions only — always verify opening hours, prices, visa requirements, and safety information from official sources before traveling.
Your account & content
You're responsible for the information you enter (destination, dates, notes). Don't enter content that is illegal, hateful, or violates someone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
AI-generated content
Itineraries are generated by AI and may occasionally contain inaccuracies (wrong opening hours, outdated venues, etc.). Use them as inspiration, not as a definitive source. Roamly is not liable for losses caused by relying solely on AI-generated suggestions without verification.
Affiliate links & third-party services
Roamly includes affiliate links to partners like Booking.com, GetYourGuide, Skyscanner, SafetyWing, and Airalo. When you click these and make a purchase, we may earn a commission. Bookings and transactions happen entirely on the partner's site under their own terms. Roamly is not party to any booking and not responsible for the partner's service, pricing, or refunds.
Travel risks
Travel involves risks (weather, health, political situations, transport disruptions). Roamly does not guarantee that any destination is safe at any given time. Always check your government's travel advisories and consider travel insurance.
Pro subscriptions
Roamly Pro will be a paid subscription. When it launches, billing will be handled by Stripe. You may cancel at any time, with a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.
Intellectual property
Roamly's brand, logo, design, and original written content are owned by Roamly. Generated itineraries are yours — share them, print them, screenshot them, send them to grandma.
Limitation of liability
Roamly is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any case will not exceed what you paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0 for free users).
Termination
You can stop using Roamly anytime. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g., spamming the API, scraping content). For any account-related questions, email hello@roamly.voyage.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the user's country of residence where required by consumer law.
